METHOD:
DISSOLVE YEAST AND WATER TOGETHER.
MIX SUGAR, FLOUR, AND SALT TOGETHER.
ADD EGGS TO THE FLOUR WITH THE YEASTMIX TO FORM DOUGH.
GRADUALLY BEAT THE BUTTER IN.
LEAVE TO CHILL OVER NIGHT.
