Ingredients YEAST                                                15g WARM WATER                    2tbspn SUGAR                                               2tbspn STRONG FLOUR                  450g SALT                                       1 1/2 EGGS WHOLE                                  6 UNSALTED BUTTER, DICED          225g METHOD: DISSOLVE YEAST AND WATER TOGETHER. MIX SUGAR, FLOUR, AND SALT TOGETHER. ADD EGGS TO THE FLOUR WITH THE YEASTMIX TO FORM DOUGH. GRADUALLY BEAT THE BUTTER IN. LEAVE TO CHILL OVER NIGHT.
