Chicken and Veg Stir fry

The other day I made a chicken and vegetable stir fry and served it in wraps and I also cooked some Onion Bhajis. It’s a simple feed, very tasty and doesn’t take that long to make.

Chicken and Veg Stir fry

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts – (diced)  

3 peppers, red, yellow and green – (julian cut)

1 courgette – (julian cut)

1 Obersheen – (julian cut)

1 small onion, red or white – (sliced)

1 small carrot – (julian cut)

hoisin sauce – (As much as you need)

Salt – (Pinch)

Pepper – (Pinch)

Oil – (stir fry oil, veg oil, etc…)

Method

Add some oil in the wok allow the wok to heat up before cooking off the chicken.

Once the chicken is cooked, start frying off the onions, the carrot and the peppers until soft, keep stiring and then add the remaining of the veg.

Stir in the hoisin sauce and allow it all time to cook together, taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.

Server by rolling in a wrap

Also, you can add other veg to your stir fry and even noodles
