This recipe should do for 3 servings
2 chicken Breasts diced
20 baby potatoes
1 red pepper
1 small red onion
1 garlic clove – pressed
2 leaves Tenderheart Cabbage
Hand full of fresh spinach
2 ladles of homemade fresh tomato soup
Olive oil
Salt
Black ground pepper
Paprika
Pre heat the oven to 180
Place the potatoes in a baking tray and pour a little bit of olive oil over them add a little bit of salt and pepper and leave them in the oven until they are soft in the middle and the skin looks nicely cooked.
Using a big pan or a Wok put a tea spoon of olive oil in then cook the garlic for about a minute, fry off the onions then add the chicken
Once the chickens cooked add the peppers, cabbage, spinach and the homemade tomato soup.
Add smoked Paprika until everything has changed colour, season it with salt and pepper then adds the potatoes and mix everything together.
