Ingredients
Plain Flour 200g
Eggs 6 (whisked)
Bread Crumbs 200g
Salt (pinch)
Black Pepper (pinch)
Method
Poach the egg so it’s strong enough to work with without over cooking it. Once the egg is part cooked remove it from the hot pan and place it in to ice cold water to stop the cooking process.
Now we pane the poached egg by getting 3 little tubs or bowls, 1 with flour in another with beaten eggs in and the other with bread crumbs in.
Put the poached egg in the flour then the eggs and the bread crumbs and then fry off in the deep fryer on 180 until golden brown, season with salt and pepper to finish.
