Ingredients 160g Butter 320g Sugar 160g Syrup 2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda Preparation Grease baking tray / tin. Method Melt butter, sugar and syrup in a pan on a medium heat. Keep stirring until ready, add bicarbonate of soda and mix well before pouring into greased baking tray/tin.
