INGREDIENTS

FULL FAT SOFT CHEESE                250g

DOUBLE CREAM                             250ml

CREME FRAICHE                             125g

CASTER SUGAR                               125g

VANILLA POD                                  1

METHOD

PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND WHISK UNTIL THICK.

PUT INTO A PIPING BAG AND PIPE INTO MOULDS.

CHILL UNTIL FIRM.
